Who we are

National Underpinning, registered at North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South, New Southgate, London N11 1NP, is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you submit a contact or assessment request we collect your name, address, postcode, email, phone, property type, and the details of the problem you describe. We may also collect technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and analytics.

Why we collect it and what we do with it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and arrange a site survey. Submitted leads are stored on our systems and may be passed to an approved underpinning contractor in your area, who may contact you to discuss the assessment. Approved contractors are bound by written agreements requiring them to handle your data confidentially and only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

Lawful basis

We rely on consent (the box you tick when submitting the form) and legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you have initiated and operating our business).

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months for follow-up and quality assurance. Data relating to completed work is kept for the legally required period for tax and warranty purposes.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@nationalunderpinning.co.uk. You can also withdraw consent for further marketing contact at any time.
